Tenant Information

Looking for a property to rent? Couldn’t be simpler. We are open 7 days a week, prospective tenants can register either in person, via phone, text or online. Properties can be e-mailed or text message received. Once a suitable home is found, references are undertaken and upon completion a moving in date agreed.

A comprehensive inventory including photographs is produced this gives peace of mind and avoids disputes upon leaving. Rents can be paid by standing order or in full by arrangement.

Inspections are quarterly where upon any issues can be discussed. Should any maintenance issues occur in the meantime they will be dealt with speedily and efficiently
