‘Resilient’ Emona finally lands her dream role Posted On 18 June 2021

Framework Digital impressed with new designer’s positive attitude

Emona Savova is proof that resilience and a positive attitude, allied to talent, can eventually lead to the job of your dreams… even if you have to wait a few years.

The graphic and web designer first started collaborating with locally-based Framework Digital in 2018 while completing her studies at Aylesbury College, which is where the company were based for a while after their formation in 2013.

And it was the hard work and talent Emona showed that marked her out as one for the future.

After graduating, Emona, who also worked part time at fashion outlet H&M, continued to work with the company and was delighted to land a full-time position with them – three years after her first interview.

Framework director Tomas Pukalski told The Bucks Herald: “She’s super resilient and hard working. We’re happy that she’s eventually got this full-time job, now that businesses are restarting.”

Recalling that initial meeting, a company spokesperson said: “We were instantly impressed by Emona’s positive attitude. She demonstrated a good visual eye and technical knowledge, and knew that graphics and web design were the career path she wanted to pursue – and we saw her potential.

“She has always been keen to learn, and this has ensured her skills and competency have developed. With her fresh perspective, she has contributed many ideas to discussions about the best way to fulfil client briefs.

“The unpredictability of the last year has delayed our decision to offer Emona a full-time position with us. Fortunately, we now have a strong pipeline of prospects and projects, and it’s great to have Emona on board.”

Emona said: “I have learned a lot from Tomas and am keen to keep learning. My favourite aspect of website design is communicating with customers and understanding exactly what they have in mind. I can then create their web design projects as close as possible to their imagination.”
